Just getting started...

Not really sure what this should be about. I am a science teacher in a suburban high school that has an incredible mix of ethnic groups (white, black, Indian/Pakistani, Chaldean, Russian, Eastern European, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, etc...) and a wide range of socioeconomic backgrounds. I teach students from 10th through 12th grade currently in classes that range from advanced placement level to elective level (aka: please fill me with students who don't care or need one more class to graduate).

I married a lifelong friend and we are the parents of 4 children ranging from a baby to a middle schooler. I love them to death but I have the feeling that they will be the subject of a few posts...as they are idiots...except maybe the baby...she hasn't had time to develop the idiot part of her makeup...I am sure it is coming! Of course my wife would never create any material for me to write about...

I live in a neighborhood of post-WWII houses in an "urban suburb". I love my house and spend quite a bit of time trying to improve it. When I moved in I had neighbors that were "quiet and kept to themselves"...that went in the crapper when the couple from hell moved in to one of the homes...

I plan to write about teaching your children, my love of science, living with devil children, my idiot neighbors, and any other topic that sets me off...until next time...peace.
